“My family and I stayed at this condo for our trip to the Biggest Week in American Birding. What a fabulous location! The condo is about a seven-minute drive from the entrance to Magee Marsh. It's even closer than the conference hotel. As for the condo, it was great: clean and quiet. There was so much exciting birding going on that we didn't spend much time inside, but it made for a tremendous base of operations for our stay. We hope to be back. Thanks!”

“Very clean, private parking spot. Kitchen has just about what you'd n needed. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. One comment we would make is maybe some short instructions on how to use TVs in the L/R & B/R. Cose to Magee Marsh Boardwalk and good eateries are 20 to 30 minutes away. “We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked with anything we needed.Being an early bird I was up watching the fishing boats heading out at 6 am from the windowed porch. And then watched the sunset over the water! If we return for another Biggest Week in American Birding, we’ll stay here again! It was a short drive to Magee Marsh each morning. ”

“Overall good stay. Older home that has been mostly renovated - quite nicely on the inside. The outside of the home does not match the inside. Although we had no issues with the neighborhood, the back door did not seem secure even when locked. It was however a perfect location within a 5 minute drive to the BG athletic fields which was exactly what we needed. Listing indicates it sleeps 5 but keep in mind that would only be if 3 people sleep in the king size bed or someone sleeps on one of the……
