“Pros: The location to downtown Healdsburg was great. Walkable to all the great restaurants and shops. Great bathroom and shower in the room. Cons: you only interact with staff at check-in and breakfast. Other than that there is no one around. Our king room was so small there was barely any room for luggage and only one small desk sized chair to sit on. “Donna, the owner, has stocked the unit with just about everything you would have at your finger tips at home. Games, wine bar, personal items; I could go on and on. She was also very responsive getting back to me when I had a question about the unit. I would not even consider looking for another unit if I return in the future!!!!”

“My partner and I stayed here for my birthday weekend. It was the perfect stay. Beautiful property and great service from owners. Very peaceful. Lots to do around town. Thank you to the owners and everyone involved in keeping our vacation going smooth. Hope to stay again! ”

“The place is dirty. There is no hot tub. There are no fire pits. There was a huge stain on our carpet. We got there, walked in our room, walked down to the river, walked back to our room and then left. Dont be fooled by the photos, this place is a dump. BAIT AND SWITCH”

“The property didn’t give directions on how to properly enter the code to open the door. We had to talk to another person staying in the property to give us the trick to entering the code in the keypad. Additionally, we kept requesting extra pillows with no success after playing phone tag with missed calls and unanswered messages. Room was clean at least and the property is in a quiet, secluded location.”

Wonderful site, a few tweaks would make it amazing

"We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. The hotel facilities, which included a small pool, hot tub, gym, spa and a bocce ball court, overlooking the coast. The quality and tastes of the food was average at best. We enjoyed some “happy hour” snacks and breakfast on-site. Overall, the food was a bit bland and a touch too salty. The view from the restaurants was spectacular nonetheless. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to the area and this facility."
