“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“I liked the easy, remote check in process and the ability to chat/text with Sonder. Location was great—easy walk to grand central terminal and Madison ave/5th ave buses. Apartment was a good size, with room for three in our party. From the picture I thought the bathroom was off the bedroom, which I thought would be awkward, but the entrance to bathroom was in its own space, making it much easier for three people to share without disturbing each other. “Couldn’t ask for a better location!! Super cool historic building and great apartment. Very comfortable beds and comfy space. Nice common area/library in the lobby. Great bar and restaurant attached to lobby as well. Would stay again for sure! ”

“Overall we were very happy with the stay. The location was close to Times Square (a couple blocks) and all 4 of us had our own bed to sleep in which is a huge bonus. Just a few things to take note of. I’d highly suggest bringing a fan to drown out some of the noise. Locations is near a fire station and NY city is quite active. If you’re sleeping in the room with 3 beds especially because it is facing the street (and backed up to the complex entrance doors and you hear people coming in and out of……
