“Loved staying here! Beautiful hotel and lots of stuff to do around the area. My only complaint is the shower has no pressure. It was barely getting my hair wet. There is no affordable parking around the hotel and It’s $40 a night to park at the hotel. Try the app Spothero to find the best parking. Also if you’re going on a weekend a lot of places are closed downtown on the weekend.”

“6 -10 minutes walking distance to supermarket. Few homeless people 3 blocks away. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful except forgot to give me a morning call on Oct 12, 2023 which l had requested the day before ( late afternoon on Oct 11 ). Recommend to stay at rooms with the river view because the other side of the building has a nearly Fire Rescue Station, quite noisy. ”

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……
