“Started out disappointed as rented the ENTIRE property. This is not the case - you have shared kitchen with CCTV. Finished disappointed as accused of having child and making a racket. They forgot to check when we left and CCTV cameras - we weren’t even there. As for room - when we arrived heating was not going - they promptly got to fix issue. Room was lovely but hair on bed and floor - not ours! Location is very central- so good ”

“Don’t know what the property was like that I booked as the day before I was due to go, the host changed where we were due to stay. There had been no communication previously and I had to phone Vrbo to find out what was going on. I was given another property in central Nottingham which was quite frankly appalling. I was not given in advance the code or instructions to remove the parking bollard so had to pay in a car park 10 min walk away. Eventually got a call from the host with the code and……

“Property is in a terrible state compared to photos. Dirty, damaged and unsafe. Reported to agent who refused a discount. If we could have found a suitable alternative at short notice we’d have moved out immediately. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, we cancelled the future bookings we’d made for an infinitely superior alternative at the same price. ”

“My two daughters and I needed budget accommodation for a couple of nights in Nottingham. This is in an ideal location, close to both Beeston Railway Station and Beeston Centre, where frequent trams take you straight into the centre of Nottingham. The room is spacious. Furnishings are simple but perfectly adequate. We appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave! Having not stayed in this type of property before, the remote check-in process caught me out initially - make sure you read the check-in……

“The location was good, the home was clean. There could definitely be improvements on communication. I had to call VRBO to get in contact with the home owner for the entrance code while at the airport . There was no communication prior to our trip. According to the description there was a king size bed, which there was not. The beds were not comfortable at all. ”

“My mother and I and family spent 13 wonderful days in this home! I could not even imagine staying anywhere else!!First, the pics online were great but couldn’t let you know how comfortable, it is! 5 very nice bedrooms, and a lovely living room. But the kitchen area was the hub! Very well equipped with whatever you could need! We were able to have a nice Easter dinner…all cookery and plates/glasses/silverware/cooking utensils all available!Second, the location was great! Within walking……
