“Overall, the apartment was very easy to get to, communication was excellent, and everything was clean and tidy—thank you!Just a couple of small suggestions that might make things even better for future guests: having some tea towels in the kitchen would be helpful for drying up, and a roll of kitchen paper would make it easier to keep the space clean. An additional coffee table in the sitting room would also be handy for placing drinks and other items.Also, just to flag—the kitchen floor already……

“It was ok - but not great - bed mattresses super cheap and thin- the hallway to the building smells and doesn’t feel like a safe area at all. Getting the key from the lockbox was really annoying as it is across the road at a pub this doesn’t work with heavy luggage and an Uber who is waiting !! Charged for any little thing like an hour early check in or check out However it was just grubby - fingerprints on kitchen cabinets / grubby floors and doors ”
