“Very nice hotel - clean, friendly staff, very good breakfast. The hotel is only 8 minutes from the beach; fresh Market and Belks are walkable. The only drawback was the room we stayed in faces the street. Even though we were on the third floor we could still hear the road noise throughout the night. It also didn’t help that our room was directly across from the ice machine. Bring earplugs in case you end up in a room that faces the street. I would stay here again but I’d request to be on the……

“Traveling with adult kids means they don't want to share a bed in a regular hotel room (or sleep on a sofa bed), but getting separate rooms often means being at different ends of the hall. Staybridge offered a suite with rooms and beds for everyone, for the same price as getting 2 typical hotel rooms. It was convenient, clean, and the staff was wonderful. We do wish the "living room" area in the suite had more room for sitting -- another chair or 2, or another sofa would have been perfect.”
