“This is an absolutely beautiful home with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Wilmington! It’s on a very quaint and quiet street with easy access to downtown and the River, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I think our favorite part of the house was the wonderful front porch to hang out and chat!Jody is an excellent host and communicator. “We loved staying here! The home was so charming and on an equally charming street filled with historic homes and easy parking. Great central location that’s walkable to the riverfront but make sure to read the manual because it has lots of other places to check out! Because of it we explored the castle district, the Venus fly trap “hike” as well as great coffee shops and restaurants. So helpful in making the best of our stay! Thank you! ”
