“The inside of the property was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to all our phone calls and text messages. We had some plumbing issues, but the owner had the problems corrected the next day.”

“This location did not work for us, as recent work (the same day) had been completed by one or more people who smoked and left that distinct odor inside the property. As an asthma suffer, there was absolutely no way I was going to be able to stay in this home especially with impending surgery at Cleveland Clinic. This was supposed to be a recovery location and it immediately became apparent that this just couldn't be. The management understood my situation and we both recognized it as being a……
