“Quite remote from city centre (30mins driving), though providing shuttle on 12nn go and 5pm back from the city centre. Originally, I reserved for 1 family duplex capable for 6 persons. However, two connected 3-persons rooms were provided without individual living room.”

“应该是萨拉热窝最好的酒店之一了。地点很棒，离老城很近，步行不过10分钟。有自带的停车场，一天12.5欧，还算合理。酒店很新，设施不用说了，万豪出品还是很有保障的。自带小厨房，设施很齐全。早餐还行，平均水平吧。能够识别高级会员身份，尽管是第三方预订，但是在入住后前台电话通知给升了一级（行李已经打开了，谢绝了好意）。”

“Since the hotel was in the mountains, it was very cold and the air conditioning was not working properly. We felt a little cold. We stayed for 2 days but the water was not renewed and they wanted an extra fee. There was not much attention. No one was interested in the spa center. There were no clean towels etc.”
