“Very good!”

“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon walking in you see the lobby and kitchen with trendy vibe. Front desk and restaurant staffs were all friendly and professional and efficient. The room is very clean and modern, also equipped with special lighting called Luminotherapy which I found very interesting. Public indoor jacuzzi was nice. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and , if I had to nitpick would be saying hi to customer when in the hall way. I would definitely stay……

“Part of the hotel is in midst of renovation. The main entrance is closed and have to go in via side doorway, internet was interrupted sometime, but overall speaking, the service and food quality at breakfast is good.”

“我在枕头下面看到虱子 枕头上也有 很震惊！ 都什么年代了居然还有虱子 肯定是卫生问题 懒得去找前台了 路过住一晚 也不会再路过这儿了”

“The breakfast lady was very unhelpful. I wanted to eat the yogurt and asking for spoons.She said no. Basically whatever we asked her, she just said no.”

“We stayed for 4 nights. Loved the old world charm of the hotel. If you want splashy and new this is not the place for you. The bed was comfortable. The room was large with a very large bathroom and a fabulous view of the river. There is Nespresso in the room which is a huge thing for me. There are 3 separate restaurants in the hotel. The rooftop bar has a fantastic view and Gaspar adjacent to the lobby was fun for drinks or to eat. The street it is located on seems to be a bit run down but it’s……

“The record player and and theme of the hotel were great. The stars were exceptional. Very welcoming. ”

“We just did three days between Ottawa, Montreal & Old Quebec City. The Hyatt Centric was by far the nicest property we stayed in. Easy access from a driving standpoint. Being at the east end of the Old Port made for a quieter stay which was great for us. The east end of the Old Port is still developing so a walk back into the established areas is needed to get to restaurants and bars. It is a great stroll so not an inconvenience at all.”

“There was an old soap bar by the sink from previous guests. The duvet cover has a tear in the centre of it.”
