“My wife and I booked this hotel hoping it would be a very comfortable and romantic place for our wedding. We were not disappointed. Michael, Isabelle and all the staff were as attentive, friendly, professional and thoughtful as we could have hoped for. We will definitely be back, as will all those who visited and briefly got to enjoy the stunning room or service provided during our 48 hour stay. Thank you ”

“Excellent stay”

“Edwin was fantastic, he made us feel very welcome from the moment we got there. The property is beautiful and a short walk to a lovely lakeside look out where we watched the sunset (Edwin's recommendation). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed chatting to Edwin each morning over the delicious breakfast he cooked us (with fresh bread and eggs from his gorgeous ducks!) and the meal easily sustained us throughout the day which was perfect. He always had……

“Beautiful hotel, great position near lots of attractions and short walk to the centre. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The whole setting was splendid and super quality. However, the hotel is not yet at the standard that is expected. Staffing levels were low. Lots of waiting around in the bar and to be seated. Lack of service attention in meals . We dined at the Wolff grill on the Saturday evening . Staffing levels low and service felt rushed . Clearly a lack of maitre d on duty managing……
