“- the entrance atmosphere felt a bit cold as the half of the common area including the lobby was under renovation
- they called us multiple times late evening and early morning to confirm safari details e.g. time or dietary requirements for the lunchbox.. all of this could have been done upon checkin (which we asked) instead of their convenience of time
- email responses weren’t particularly helpful so we had to repeat or chase for a few times
- upon checkin, they informed that the breakfast……
