“As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned……

“I was upset that the TV was not working for the first 7 days we were there. We wanted to watch some of the Scotties curling on TV as seniors we can't always attend 3 games a day and usually pick which 2 to go to and which one we will watch on TV. It was frustrating to rest in your room and nothing to watch. Being senior, senior we are not up on all the newest technology for streaming, still count on TVs. I thought we would have received a discount but even when I asked for a print out of my bill……

I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks."
