“We like the breakfasts at Quality Inns. The room was clean. The location of the room was practically in the Lobby, so would not want a room like that again. There was a sleeper couch, as we needed the extra bed, but….the quality of the bed was very poor. It went up on a slope, very thin mattress. Do not plan on using a sleeper couch room. It should only be used as a couch. Also, there was no bedding, had to ask front desk for linens. Would rate this stay as average….if you don’t need a sleeper……

“Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. Our stay was 10 days - they accommodated our extended stay flawlessly. My only complaint is the room temperature everywhere; it can be stuffy moving place to place. Take a fan to cool off in……

“The hotel itself was nice clean kind of to the end of outskirts of Rochester so any place we wanted to go was a lot of driving. The breakfast was good. Everything was nice and clean. The one complaint I would have is $15 a night for parking when you're paying over $300 to stay in a room that's absolutely ridiculous. I have never had to pay for parking in a hotel that I am staying at so I would not recommend that hotel just for that reason.”
