“Everyone was great except one lady for breakfast. cleaning up early, saying people are eating out of house and home, slamming dishes so loud it hurt my ears. Completely rude and when people would come in to eat towards the end she commented to each one rudely to hurry up and she took food away. I get having a cut off but most people are heading to the hospital and need to get breakfast. She should not be working around people. Other than that everyone else was so kind and helpful. “Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. Our stay was 10 days - they accommodated our extended stay flawlessly. My only complaint is the room temperature everywhere; it can be stuffy moving place to place. Take a fan to cool off in……
