“The house was normal. No major issues. We were told there would be a washer and dryer, but it did not have one accessible. The parking was street parking but we never had an issue finding a parking spot. There wasn't really anything within walking distance but that was fine. “Don’t let the “upper floor” on this listing scare you away, it is a full house you have access to which was our concern. There’s a second (basement) unit that is fully separate- although you need to be conscious of noise on the first floor of the house if it’s rented which was fine with us. Good for a local wedding we were attending- tons of space. Perfect for our group of 4 (late 20’s, early 30’s) but would be a good sized property for a family as well. We could have had 2 more adults or 4……
