“I gave a 4 star according to the host’s criteria. Ali is friendly and an efficient host. The property is in a nice location and the parking was a plus. Unfortunately, the pictures are deceiving and most likely taken when it was newly renovated and with good lighting. This is a garden/basement apartment. It is quite dark and dingy because the apartment hasn’t been maintained. The walls are scuffed/dirty, blinds are broken, curtain rods falling off. It is in need of a true cleaning and refresh……

“Our Forest Park stay was wonderful! We felt like we were coming home each day to our comfy apartment. After walking all over Chicago each day, this was a welcome feeling. Easy to walk to the L station and also the main street to grab a coffee. Lots of room and super clean. ”

“Came to Chicago to attend daughter's graduation. We had apt 2F and everything was perfect for our family stay. 3 bedrooms all with queen beds. Apt was furnished and all of the necessary items to cook in the kitchen. Only 10 minute walk to the Pink & Blue lines. “We very much enjoyed our long weekend here. The kitchen items were somewhat limited, but we managed to cook a lovely breakfast while there and enjoyed several meals at the house.
