“This was a cozy condo- perfect for myself, and my best friend for a girls getaway weekend. We had just enough room and space to have our own privacy and to share the living area/kitchenette. We loved how close we were, walking distance, to many restaurants! and short, five minute or 10 minute drive to other areas such as the Park and Beach. The condo parking was a little tricky. That was the only concern we had during our weekend stay. It seemed like a small parking area for everyone at these……

“Had a great stay in this unit! Very clean, bed in primary room was comfy. The bike path is right at the Inn and a short ride to all the places on Maddox Blvd (Island Creamery, Amarin, Maui jacks etc). The deck overlooked the marsh which was a lovely view. The only thing I'd warn people about is the second bedroom room is also the dining room and kitchen. Worked totally fine for my daughter and I, but if my husband and son had come I think it would've been too small.. But a family of 3 or with 2……

“We had a really great time at The Pearl on Marsh Island. i loved the location...the view was so beautiful. The place itself was very clean and cutely decorated. we loved the octopus on the bathroom wall!!! I also loved dealing With Seaside Vacations through the process of booking and staying there. very quick to respond and very friendly. ”

“My husband and I rented the condo for a week. The place is quite spacious. It was very clean. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was pretty well stocked with anything we could have needed. The sunset from the back porch was nothing short of phenomenal! We watched a few coast guard training drills in the channel while relaxing on the back deck. We will definitely recommend this condo as a premier place to stay on the island.”
