There is not an owner but a separate rental company which is very confusing and felt like a scam at first. Just know it is extra steps and people to deal with. Watch your emails and vrbo messages carefully. In terms of the rental itself the staff at the complex was very friendly and helpful. There is a small grocery on the property and a lovely pool and gym. The room itself is nice but you……
