“Room is fine but breakfast..............!!!!!”

“We stayed one night and this hotel was awesome. First, they allow a 11:30 am check in which is rare. We were visiting friends so we dropped bags off and came back late night but it was convenient be able to do so. The room was immaculate and even though the bathrooms are shared, you get the full bathroom to yourself when you use it. The location is great just outside the ferry terminal. It’s very loud at night but we brought earplugs. Most importantly, staff are very friendly and held on to our……

“Not sure about the other rooms but mine (rm. 200) had the air conditioning set to ECO MODE and that is disruptive when sleeping… the inconsistency in the air flow would wake me up when it would shut off or turn back on. Sometimes it would not turn on until it got hotter in the room…did not get great sleep. Overall, the hotel is nice & clean in a great location with friendly staff. Just the A/C needs to be turned off ECO mode to better sleep for visitors. ”

“Gave an extended weekend trip to my sister and brother in law for their 59th birthdays. They had an amazing relaxing time. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. Staff is always accommodating including assisting with luggage at the dock. They took their own boat and the staff still met them and assisted. “bar closed early but they had alcohol drinks available for purchase!, fire outside was shut off on us at 12 am that was sad, otherwise great stay, clean and nice place”

“第一次到紐約，沒有方向感也不知道交通路線怎麼安排，還好飯店離火車站不遠，走路約十分鐘，但真正方便的還是開車，有免費停車，早餐有肉有蛋有咖啡給60分，但如果算上交通費（三個人來回大概50刀），其實可以在市區找一個更便利出行的酒店，總之還行給過！”
