“I was optimistic because of the pictures online. But this hotel and room were so bad, I forfeited the $125 for the night and left after being in the room for 15 minutes. It looks like it was an old apartment complex that was converted. The parking is gated but still seemed insecure. The room was basic with a bed and tv. The AC unit was 30 years old and didn’t work, and the tv remote (which you are issued at check in) apparently wasn’t matched to the tv in the room. The bed had coils pushing……

“There’s low frequency noise from the electric room. Can barely sleep during the nigh. After investigation with the engineer team, they find me room to switch. It seems to be an unfixable problem and the only solution is to find a room far away the electric room which are very few available. Very good services from the front desk. ”

“Rooms were spacious and loved the additional trundle/couch for the kids! Soo much more comfortable than all the “sofa beds”. Great design from West Elm” Comfy beds for the adults and very good breakfast! Only “con” for me was the noise of the freeway right next to the hotel, but would still stay there. ”
