“Guest house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in good proximity to Santa Monica activities (beach, pier, etc). Walking distance to Montana businesses including whole foods grocery, Vons and trader Joe's are a short drive away. The space itself is clean and pretty new. Has everything you need although the kitchen is fairly minimal and there are no cooking ingredients (oil, spices, etc) so bring your own but all pans pots utensils etc are provided and there's a dishwasher. The area is quiet……

“This is a lovely property. The kitchen is very well appointed, including an lots of spices, an air fryer and an Instant Pot. The beds were very, very comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. ”

“Apartment is in a great location, short walk to the beach and pier. We found check in to be a bit more cumbersome than usual and required meeting our host at a specific time. Identifying the address of the property in advance was also difficult which made planning our itinerary more difficult. Beds were comfortable, property is well equipped. Loved the direct access to the rooftop pool area. ”

“My kids and I needed a place to stay for about a week while we were in the middle of a move. The property was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed, and more. The property was very clean and newly renovated with new amenities all throughout. My kids and I were able to go about our daily routine without any additional stresses knowing we had a place to come home to that felt like a temporary home away from home. The washer/dryer in unit was a MASSIVE convenience. TVs in both rooms.……

“Very clean, modern, and fresh. Comfortable bed. Bathroom could use a shelf and towel hooks for toiletries and to hang towels. Patio would be more usable with furniture. We suggest some written instructions be provided on the use of all the remote controls. Much appreciated the coffee supplied! Although it is near the freeway there wasn’t a lot of traffic noise, quiet neighborhood. ”
