“Guest house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in good proximity to Santa Monica activities (beach, pier, etc). Walking distance to Montana businesses including whole foods grocery, Vons and trader Joe's are a short drive away. The space itself is clean and pretty new. Has everything you need although the kitchen is fairly minimal and there are no cooking ingredients (oil, spices, etc) so bring your own but all pans pots utensils etc are provided and there's a dishwasher. The area is quiet……

“The place was great! The “designated parking spot” was too small for our car, and street parking was sometimes a challenge. The dryer was full of damp towels when we arrived. A few dishes put away unclean. Minor inconveniences, otherwise we had an awesome time!”
