“The property is located in a quiet and relatively safe area. Plenty of local attractions, shopping centers, and dining options are within walking distance. The unit is spacious and has plenty of amenities, such as free WiFi, private parking, and all the small comforts of home. There were plenty of extra towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. However, some of the spare towels were dirty from being stored under the bathroom sinks. Additionally, the floors in the kitchen and master bedroom……

“Cute apartment, well appointed and very clean. Good amenities, close to everything. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if needed!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was just what we needed for a family event. The neighborhood was nice for walking our dog and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting the animals in the back of the property . Larry was particularly friendly!We will be back the next time we visit the area!”

“Guest house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in good proximity to Santa Monica activities (beach, pier, etc). Walking distance to Montana businesses including whole foods grocery, Vons and trader Joe's are a short drive away. The space itself is clean and pretty new. Has everything you need although the kitchen is fairly minimal and there are no cooking ingredients (oil, spices, etc) so bring your own but all pans pots utensils etc are provided and there's a dishwasher. The area is quiet……

“The place is located nearby everything. We enjoyed our boat ride to Channel Islands, dining, and shopping. Only thing that I wish I knew about was the stairs to the property. My sister recently had a surgery. Well, now I know. Other than that the place was clean and pleasant!!”

“Lovely space with full kitchen, dining and bath and a comfy full size bed. My only complaint is that due to the weather the space was very cold throughout. The one room heater provided in the front room is not sufficient. I had to turn on the oven and open the door to keep the chill out then turn it off once I went to bed. A recommendation: Maybe the owner can provide another heating source for the other part of the space. Aside from that, I do plan to come back.”

“Chris was quick to respond. The studio apartment was very comfortable and the owners had it equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. They had a Brita filled and waiting for us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Highly recommend.”

“We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The house was perfect. Super clean. Right by the ocean. At night you can hear the ocean. The only thing was when we got there, there was a lock on the gate that needed a code to open. I was able to call the property manager and they provided me the code within minutes. I will be coming to Ventura in the next couple of months and will stay here again if possible ”
