“We loved the view and the generous grounds around the property. Lots to explore. Some of the outdoor furniture could have been set up cleaner but overall loved reading and relaxing outside. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen and coffee etc was great - thank you! The plumbing is old and we respect that but it was unusual for us to abide by some of the requirements and the upstairs shower didn't drain. “The Anzio house was nice and large enough for our family gathering of 15 persons. The patio and tennis court were very beautiful. However, the house has some items that should be fixed, such as:there is a window in the shower of a bedroom on the left side of the house. The wood trim of this window is severely rotted and very disgusting. It’s clear that this window should have been replaced years ago.The two small bedrooms near the laundry room have double beds though these bedrooms were……

“We had a fabulous trip in Malibu at this house. The views are breathtaking, plenty of room for everyone and it was clean. We utilized the pool/hot tub, tennis courts, etc. The concierge team was also very helpful! They had arranged things requested prior to our arrival, gave us numerous options for services (groceries, masssages, etc). The fridge/kitchen was stocked when we arrived and they also helped fix any issues we had. I highly recommend this magical spot! ”

“This is atruely a spectacular home but was disappointed when the manager called me to tell me that the owner had seen a pet on the property which was completely untrue as none of the three people had a pet. Not sure where he got that but an incident like that just leaves a bad taste.”
