“House subfloor significantly unlevel and severely soft and too flexible. All members of family experienced dizziness at some point due. contractor stated he knew about it and recommended it be addressed to owner, but they refused.Mice: pictures included of 2 caught plus mouse droppings. Mouse droppings found everywhere. . HVAC Air handler never worked: arrived Friday, 25 Jul, and temp was already in mid 70s in house with thermostat set to 68 when we arrived. Never got cooler. Lost all……
