“We booked this hotel last minute after checking into a hotel close by. We left a run down, dirty hotel after a weekend of sports games, and showed up to this hotel and were so thankful. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to get us in a room quickly. The hotel was exceptionally clean and safe. I would absolutely stay here again! ”

"The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again.
The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
"At first, the mattress was upside down, and I could feel the springs when sleeping. The room was not cleaned at all, and it felt like there were bugs everywhere. I asked the front desk to clean it twice. One time they said it was cleaned once a week, and another time they said it wasn't scheduled. The experience was very bad."
