“Since I was arriving from out of town, I actually arrived earlier than expected. I called and was able to check in early. Johnny was super nice and helpful. The evening clerk she was very helpful since my room key kept deactivating. Tanger Outlet was a few minutes away. Lots of eating options near by and of course Super Walmart, Dollar Tree and Ingles grocery store. “The front desk staff are nice and Robert helped me arrange a move-in earlier than 3PM on a third-floor room. The room is very spacious and clean with a blackout curtain, so I got to have a good night sleep. No daily cleaning service but it's okay for me. Breakfast is cereals, milk, coffee and bread. Overall it was a nice experience! Excellent location for visiting Emory. ”

"The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
