“The property was fine was good for a weekend trip.I didn't really have to contact host for anything. The only thing I had issue with was the amount of the security deposit I had to put down and wasn't aware until I was booking it and apparently don't receive it back right away so in this case would not book again. It was an in-law suite so is part of the main house so have to walk past front door to access the suite around back so is something to consider. We did sit out on patio and was nice……

“Well-appointed suite with many little touches. Very quiet and natural area, great spot to relax.Occasional noise from the rest of the house, but this is not too common in my experience. My cell service was spotty this far out but it may depend on provider. ”

“Our college grandson lived nearby and this was very convenient for him and us to see each other for meals and sightseeing tours. We walked to some tours and took Ubers for other sightseeing tours that were too far for us to walk. We felt very comfortably walking around.”

“Amazing experience over all! Loved our stay, hosts were gracious and accommodating. Space looks amazing and our views were excellent. Very modern, sleek. We loved everything and will be back in the near future!”

"The Tidal Basin is just across the street from the hotel, and the hotel has its own private bridge across the street to the Tidal Basin, which is in a great location to view the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin and go to the National Mall. The service staff is very friendly, and the hotel is tastefully decorated, clean and warm. The room is large and overlooks the Tidal Basin from the window.We came to see the cherry blossoms this time with my elderly mother. The hotel is very conveniently located for my mother in a wheelchair to visit the Tidal Basin."
