“Excellent locationCondo clean and well air conditionedIt is important to note there is NO stove and also if you have children under 10 , there is a business downstairs and it is recommended to us to use quiet feet up to 5:30 pm.Great great condo for adults...plenty of food places ALL around.GREAT WEEK! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”

“The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! ”

“This is such a cute condo! Very clean & new with lovely decor : granite kitchen, every appliance , extra thoughtful guest needs taken care of! Lobster pot & crackers !! Walk up the street 2 minutes to seven miles of Wells wide beaches! Owner near by and extremely nice & very helpful. Would stay again for a week !!!”
