“What a perfect little piece of heaven. This was a girls only trip and the patio was perfect for drinking wine and late night conversations. Very peaceful and quiet. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. It is absolutely adorable. I highly recommend. ”

“Great location and property. It's a 2 minute walk to the sand. Matt was a great host and everything was clean and well kept. Our only feedback is that the beds and sheets/comforters were not the greatest. We would still stay again, but the beds and bedding need to be improved and I suggest queen size mattresses vs full-size in the 2 larger bedrooms. ”

“The house was great, it was walking distance to the beach and a perfect spot for my friends. The rooms are small but not cramped, and there were a number of sitting areas for hanging out. It was very clean, and the sweet owners left a celebratory bottle of champagne! A great spot for a beach weekend. My one note to other guests would be that the beds in the twin bunk bed room are not adult sized (possibly my own misunderstanding). They are probably about 5’6” judging by my own wingspan, so we……

“The rental was very nice big yard. Outdoor cookers were good patio actually two in the yard. The place was clean well stocked with amenities nice view of the ocean. The flight itself was very clean all in all. I would tell friends about it.”

“This place is magical! So incredibly charming. The staff is lovely, they feel like a wonderful friend, ensuring you are well taken care of and having a great time! The amenities and service is great: breakfast delivered to the cottage each morning along with an afternoon snack, bikes to bike into downtown Kennebunkport, paddle boards and kayaks to go out on the water, a fire pit to relax at night, patio chairs for each cabin to enjoy your coffee in the morning. “This property was ideal for our needs of 10 people ages 25-96 from 5 states. Beautiful beach location with enough space for fun, common areas and comfortable, private space for everyone including private baths.The hot-tub photo on the website should be deleted as that does not exist and a few details need attention such as waste baskets in bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen towels, etc but overall well stocked and functional. Would recommend and hope to visit again if we need space for a large……

“We loved our 2 week stay at the Grey Goose! The sleeping arrangements worked well for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The beach amenities were great! Plenty of chairs. The umbrellas were in great condition. Our kids enjoyed using the buckets and shovels to make sand castles. Lots of beach towels provided too! We also enjoyed using the corn hole set and boogie boards. We made s’mores in the fire pit and used the hot tub almost every night. In my opinion, you cannot beat this location. We……
