“This was our 2nd time staying here. There were a few snags (some to no fault of theirs) along our trip but nothing crazy. They were easy to get ahold of and got back to us in a timely manner. The park is really nice, has a nice pool and is gated. Yes the house gets warm during the day but there are extra fans for when this happens. The house does need some maintenance but again not anything that would ruin or prevent us from visiting again. Otherwise, really nice place to stay. We will probably……

“We've been taking this vacation for 10 years and always stay in this neighborhood. This was hands down the best house!!!! Owners are extremely accommodating!! ”

“The owners provided bare minimum supplies, instructions and other customer accommodations and services but extensive instructions on rules and limitations. I did not expect to have to clean the grill for use. The outside front & back were obviously not a part of regular cleaning. Sections of the flooring were unsafe, including carpeted stair risers in which I slipped , spraining my ankle and dislocating my knee on the first day, eliminating my outings for the entire time.”

“We planned a last minute family get away and needed a place to stay that was pet friendly. The porch view of the river was my favorite area of the house. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect for our group of 6 adults plus washer and dryer were much needed. We used the dock for our boat and had a couple of successful fishing trips nearby. The host Rudy was accommodating and responsive and seems to be a wonderful person. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our……
