“We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway at the Flagship as usual. The hotel room was a bit dated but it was clean & the view from the balcony was amazing. My only complaint was that the door leading to the balcony didn't stay closed while we were outside. We had to prop a chair against it in order for it to stay shut. Other than that everything was great & we'll be back again.”

“Wonderful room, wonderful location. Some staff were friendly but multiple staff were short to the point of being rude over very normal points of confusion (parking, which door to use.)”

“Cleanliness of the room and bathroom were sufficient. Hotel management was very helpful. Bed was a little soft for our personal tastes but we had a pleasant stay nonetheless. If people want to complain about their hotel, they are travelling wrong. Get out of your hotel and experience the town you’ve visiting!”
