“酒店入住時間是1500時，我1600時到check in還未準備好，需要等。入住房間很舒適，但厕所板有大條裂痕，好易使客人受傷。浴室嘅沖凉液及護髮素亦無refill。另外客房亦漏咗提供拖鞋。第二日到酒店食早餐，在櫃檯前之服務員並無帶領我們入座，自己揾位。不過我眼見前面及跟隨我後面嘅外國旅客則由佢親自帶領入座，使我覺得有被種族歧視的感覺。十分不悦！曾有幾名員工親口問我取煙吸，認真麻麻。”

“Breakfast was the best food option as this was a buffet with lots of choices & kept us full & happy for most of the day. Other food options were not good. Steak at the dinner option was tough even when cooked medium rare. The margarita pizza was simply awful & inedible. Burgers & chips from the cafe were very good. I had to constantly remind housekeeping to top up the in-room coffee & sweetener which was frustrating. The resort itself was lovely with amazing sea turtles everywhere so snorkelling……

“Great stay, from the start all staff made us feel special But ended on a bad note… The departure was not handled well - no one to help with bags, staff member MIA then advised no bag assistance but made a big deal about coming down to walk us to ferry line! For those who need assistance with bags it apparently is dependent on the ferry used for transfer or whether staff can be bothered.”

“雙人Lodge房間偏小，沒什麼多餘的空間。比起其他hostel來說我覺得商業氣息比較重了一些。入住的人蠻多的，活動也很多。海水稍微濁了些，還有些珊瑚礁。但整體來說還是很不錯的，下次若有潛水證照，可以考慮來這裡參加鯊魚潛水的行程。”

“住宿地點方便無比, 餐廳林立, 也有超市, 小孩無論去海邊玩水或是在飯店游泳池都很開心. 電車站下來走路2分鐘. ”

“晚餐後在戶外草地，在皎潔的月光下，看著大海、白沙、樹影...，吹著海風，吃著冰淇淋，喝著紅酒玩點音樂，人生夫復何求！經由前枱服務人員熱心安排，到鄰近村莊吃到當地特色作法的悶雞，感謝！工作人員都很熱心面帶笑容很不錯。飯店附設潛水中心，所以免費借用的浮潛設備很專業，且提供免費的引導人員，帶領浮潛去看海龜，很不錯，我看到3隻！”
