“We stayed here for our girls representative sporting weekend and it was perfect. Clean, comfy beds, big ensuite, washing machine n dryer for dirty uniforms, heaps of room to relax and unwind after a long day. Excellent facilities, very safe with security doors and gates for our car. At the right price we would definitely stay here again. Thank you. “It’s amazing view there. We enjoy stays there for few days….the only one thing would share is the lock box can’t open during self check in but luckily we had Savanah came to share the master key and she also present a compensation for such inconvenience. That’s good.”

“訂咗海景兩房apartment，景觀開揚、房間簡約、寬敞及整潔！敗筆之處，過咗下午四點已經沒有真人交鎖匙！前一日下午或之前幾日send 來嘅類似網上express check in, 入完所需資料，去到入信用卡資料，就話沒有資料。最令人失望及阻礙check in, 必須打電話問對方取大門密碼；再進入住客lift lobby, 要在大廳廣眾在電話透露個人資料/及信用卡敏感資料，打告之開啟小夾萬密碼取房匙！問題是我一早已經告知我會late chevk in 及在那所謂rxpress check in e-mail已經填入個人資料！幸好，我比預期半夜前到達，否則，半夜check in 真係唔知有冇人接電話！”

“The rooms offered a very nice seaview. The flat was well furnished. I felt like at home. The location is good, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, tram stations, etc. The carpet, the sofa and the balcony area were not cleaned well. It casted a bit pressure to me because it's the resident's responsibility to check the wellness of everything in the room and to take photos and report any damage found within the first 16 hrs. However there was no repair to be arranged after I reported.”

“The staff were excellent making the check in/out a very smooth and quick process. They went out of their way to assist me. The facilities were well above the current rating. Room and amenities were very good, Pool an excellent way to start and finish a day. Carpark space big enough for our large vehicle. Will visit and stay here again in the future. I recommend that people looking at this place for accommodation go past all the negative reviews and decide for themselves, you will be pleasently……

“We arrive the apartment late, and Manager Peter arrange the keys to us very well, thanks for the support. The view is exactly the photos you watched in the website, no Photoshop, and the location is near the Glink, Surfer Paradise and city centre. Apartment inside is clean and tidy, the balcony is the best place to enjoy the breakfast. Unfortunately the room besides are under refurbishment, but they still keep quiet and clean, well done.”

“Location is perfect and convenient. Everything in the hotel is so far so good, reception staff is friendly and helpful. However, it is strange that the hotel price does not include toothpaste and slippers, or the guest is required to pay extra to get these amenities. Luckily, I have brought my own stuff. It is suggested that to give ahead to the guest before their arrival enable them to know how to make preparation. ”
