“The house was very nice for our needs. Two older couples hanging out in Long Beach for 4-5 days. With the listing picture, we thought it was right next to the Arch. It is not. That was not the building. Therefore, our plan of parking the car & walking to town to eat etc didn't work, due to some mobility issues of walking to and from round trip approx 6 blocks. The back deck has a gate so the dog can hangout without a leash (unless you have a jumper)Overall it is a well thought out unit, and we appreciated the little comforts. “Wonderful accommodation off the beaten path to visit the beach. Just a short walk to get to the beach, but be careful crossing the hwy with little kids. I had to reach out to the host to get the code to enter the house and got a quick response. Frying pans need some updating, non-stick surface all scratched up. Everyone enjoyed the stay for a nice sunny winter day at the beach.”

“The property could have been a little cleaner. Dog poop in the yard and cobwebs up high (we do understand they are in hard to reach places) and on the patio. We did find a big spider in the house. It was a great location and a fun old house in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again for sure.”
