“We stayed in Serendipity. It was large, nice area to work from. Kitchen is large, well stocked. Complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Close to everything, easy to walk. ”

“My issue occurred in the booking. I wanted 2 nights, but ended up unintentionally booking for 1 thinking that the listing had met my search criteria of 2 nights. I tried getting assistance from vacasa to cancel or pay a fee to cancel but I was ignored until Saturday morning when a flood of “we’re sorry” flooding ”

“The cottage I stayed at (#4 Surf Cottage) was well furnished and clean. The check-in process was quick and easy with the owner being a nice person too. The hike to the beach from my cottage was absolutely beautiful! The 10ish minute trail walk to the coast was the best part of the property. I was also appreciative of the listing actually being pet friendly when it was listed as pet friendly. I've been to too many rentals that say they allow dogs but the dogs can't touch or do anything. Overall,……
