“The location is good. The house is spacious a nice place. Just some thoughts for the owner to consider for the next person that stays. The heater filter definitely needs to be replaced it is dirty. The window tracks need to be cleaned out and maybe lubricated so they can open easy. All of them are hard to open due to built-up dirt. The screen leading to the patio is broken and the screening material is torn. All of the window blinds need to be replaced as they are brittle and very hard to……

“Our favorite things were the hot tub right outside the master bedroom, the big fireplace with logs provided, plenty of propane for the gas grill and the variety of seating out on the extensive patio. When all of Borrego Springs lost power for 2.5 days, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We’d stay here again. ”
