“This place was so cozy and cute, we loved the location. It was perfect for 2 people. The couch definitely needs replacing due to stains and just looking nasty. Whoever cleans needs to do a better job. We walked in to check out the place before bringing our luggage up and the floor was covered in sand… I get it you’re at the beach so some sand is perfectly ok but the amount I swept up was honestly disgusting. Also, the countertops had not been wiped off. You pay a cleaning fee, so I feel you……

“This property was perfect for our family (two adults and 2 kids). We had the best vacation. The rooftop deck was the ideal place to enjoy morning coffee and wind down at the end of the day. The rooftop deck overlooks the bay. The location of the house is quiet, but convenient to the island. We will be going back.”

“We loved staying in North Pond with all it's beauty from the sound to the peaceful marshes. Close to town and my children stayed in the house around the corner. We didn't end up bringing the dog, but I appreciated having the freedom to do so if we needed to bring him. Nice clean updated house. Worked very well for the 2 of us.
