“Host was quick to respond to my user error in working the air conditioning units. The house was spotless. My son left his retainer and they contacted us and are mailing them to us. We will stay here again. The only thing to keep in mind is that the rain runs off the roof right on to the pathway into the house. Only a slight inconvenience.”

“This is a great place for a long weekend stay. The hosts were very gracious. The location is very convenient to the Variety Store and 1718. The whole house water filtration system is impressive and probably some of the cleanest water you will get anywhere. Would definitely come back. ”

“Very relaxing stay at the studio, even after arriving on the heels of a hurricane. The studio is tastefully decorated, has beautiful artwork and higher end kitchenware. The outdoor space is private with a relaxing atmosphere. Debbie, our host, is sweet, thoughtful and generous. She helped us out a great deal with the ferries and was willing to adjust our dates if we couldn’t make it there as scheduled because the island was still under evacuation from the hurricane the day before we were set……

“We loved staying in North Pond with all it's beauty from the sound to the peaceful marshes. Close to town and my children stayed in the house around the corner. We didn't end up bringing the dog, but I appreciated having the freedom to do so if we needed to bring him. Nice clean updated house. Worked very well for the 2 of us.
