“We loved this cottage hidden behind island shrubs and trees. Both the front and back decks were peacefully enjoyed. The entire property is gated and very private, although close to the village. Kitchen was well equipped. Furniture was comfortable. Very clean and tidy. Outside shower was a dream. Amazingly quiet except for the sound of birds. The only downside was the low toilet as I’ve just had knee replacement. The TV in the living room has sound/volumn issues. Minor cons, considering the……

“Disappointed! Musty smell, wasp nest on entry step, dirty furniture, cockroaches, fridge not plugged in, no hair dryer, no broom or vacuum, no AC in master bedroom or bathroom, no cable or internet service - had to call and they did get someone out promptly, deck was horrible - did not want to sit out there, loose boards, screws, dishwasher door wouldn’t close - had to fix it, bought spray to get rid of wasp nest after stung, grill was rusted, divots in house flooring in various spots, no……

“Relaxing house was cute and perfect for us. Location was ideal as we could bike to everywhere. Was amazed at how well kept and clean the house was.”

“While the house is a nice size and has good general amenities, it is a little beaten up and worn for the worse. Shades are broken or don't work, comforters were worn and even dirty, the furniture is a mishmash of different pieces and not well pulled together. Worst of all, the whole place smelled badly fishy when we first walked in and it never went away despite many scented candles etc. The mgt company is nice and tried to help but we left early as the house just wasn't comfortable.”

“Awesome home centrally located with a fence and porch for our Labrador. Loves this home, right next to the coffee shop and the flying melon, which has the best food on the island! Home had all the amenities on would need for a great single family vacation with pets. Also comes with a kayak to use for fishing or paddling around exploring the sound. ”
