“Just a couple of minor issues- no toilet paper anywhere. Had to use Kleenex. Also found Cocoa Puffs and gummy bears on the floor?! ”

“Great time it was nice. The only big thing was the bed in the front room over looking the ocean. The box spring and mattress is bad it squeaks every time you move in the bed. Cleaning could be better the shower curtain in one of the bathroom was dirty and dust bunny on the floor when arriving. ”

“Unit was clean and in a great location. Unit had all things in it to provide for your stay. The only thing that renters should be aware of is the property description says it sleeps 6. There's 2 bedrooms which sleep but it looks like the sleeper sofa has been replaced .”

“Stayed at Durant Station before and love the location and condos. However i don't think our condo was cleaned. Sheets were stained so i washed them before use. Dust on ceiling fans, sand on the floors. Stuff on the bathroom faucet (hairspray?) and countertop. Luckily, I had disinfecting wipes so i cleaned surfaces. Wish I could have found a broom though. Location is awesome, views great, and pool was good. Bed and couches uncomfortable. Will book again - just another unit that has better reviews……

“This property was immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The wrap around porch was nice to sit and listen to the waves while enjoying our morning coffee or reading a book. Beach access was right beside the parking lot, which was nice. The property management is great! They checked in on us when we got there and made sure we made it safely. Then again once we checked out and wished us safe travels. We would definitely recommend to families……
