“I stayed here two nights to visit Legoland. The girls at the check-in desk were really kind. The room was really super comfortable, everything you need. Just 5 minutes from Legoland, I found this hotel to be really great. Of course, it is not in the center of the town, but in less than 5 minutes you can reach the center where there are excellent restaurants and also the Lidl Supermarket. Staying here is a great choice”

“Rustikal und trotzdem modern eingerichtet. Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr gutes Essen, sehr gutes Bier. Angenehme Atmosphäre, angenehmes Personal. Gern wieder.”

“Wir mussten in dem Hotel selbst einchecken und beim Checkout die Zimmerkarte einfach in ein Körbchen legen. War sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, ganz ohne Personal und Begrüßung und dafür dann doch recht teuer. Das Zimmer war sehr neu, funktional ausgestattet und sauber. Einen richtigen Schrank für Kleidung gab es nicht. Das Frühstück war gut. Es war alles ok, wenn man keinen Wert auf persönlichen Umgang legt, ist das Hotel auch zu empfehlen. Unserer Meinung nach müsste sich die Einsparung von Personal……

“The room was great! Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. Check in/out was fast and easy. The food was excellent. The wait staff took too long to come take our order (20 min), but other than that service was great. This hotel is close to the Peppa Pig park (5 min drive). We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.”

“La struttura è carina e le stanze sono pulite e funzionali, purtroppo a causa dei lavori esterni e la vicinanza alla stazione la rendoro un pò troppo rumorosa, tuttavia piacevole!”

“The pictures are a serious scam. There is a huge difference between the actual room condition! Dirty! Although we only slept there for one night, it was disgusting. The room smelled bad! The refrigerator smelled bad when opened! There were hairs in it! I wanted to vomit! The carpet was dirty! Our triple room cost nearly 100 euros! The room was very noisy! Because it was next to the driveway! It was a robbery! Stay away from this hotel! Don't book it!”

“到了德國的飯店以後，立刻出示訂單號碼，顯示房費已經用信用卡付清，但飯店人員表示沒有收到預訂，當天也已經沒有雙人房了！上網和Hotel·com聯繫，居然是請我們打電話回台灣處理，這就太為難我們了。最後飯店人員在地下室的單人房加條棉被和枕頭，勉強讓我們住下了。虎落平陽?？ 我覺得這是平台作業的問題！期望多改進！”
