“This property was very convenient to downtown Louisville and quick to get to the highways if heading out to other spots on the Bourbon Trail. The place was very clean. Full kitchen if you want to cook in, but very close to many restaurants if you don't. Half bath wasn't quite a separate bath given the layout, but it worked well for us nonetheless.”

“The stairs up to the unit are very steep. Could not park in front of the unit to unload items. Parking garage is far away. There was no welcome basket of goodies as mentioned in the add. The unit itself was clean. A lot of outside noise in the middle of the night woke up multiple times. The owner was good at communication. Good food options available in the area ”

“Such a nice place, and excellent location in downtown. The rooftop patio was excellent for some morning coffee and relaxation. We didn’t use the kitchen but it is very well stocked in terms of utensils and appliances. Absolutely loved our stay. ”

“My three sisters and I enjoyed our three nights at Laura’s place. She was very proactive with communication. There are several codes to know for the parking area and front door, but she explained it clearly.Parking was good with a reserved spot and permit only spot. We did have to use street parking one night because we returned late, but it was only a block away. Very nice area. You do hear bar noise, but nothing more than is described in the listing. Earplugs are provided. Would stay again!”

“Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location.”
