Upon driving in you see a rustic but charming motel.
Once you walk in your room you are greeted by a well curated, well equipped room (comfy bed, A/C, hot tub etc).
Exploring the inn further you will find a really cool little bar called the Chiefs Peak next to the swimming pool.
All the staff were super friendly and lovely.
Ojai town is within walking distance so the Inn is well located.

“This property was really nice. We stayed in the suite with a hot tub and a queen and king sized bed.
The jacuzzi was really nice! Especially for little kids. There was ample space and we enjoyed our stay. ”

“I was impressed by the hotel's beauty and cleanliness. The location on the water was also a significant advantage. Nevertheless, I was disappointed by the front desk staff's lack of customer service, which was similarly inadequate during my previous stay. To enhance their performance, I strongly recommend that they participate in training seminars.”

When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. ”
