“Juan and Ana made us feel so welcome to their tropical oasis in the jungle. Now if you are looking for a place with A/C and giant TVs this is not for you. If you want to sleep immersed in the sounds of jungle, with a steam running along the property, this is the place! We have traveled the whole of Costa Rica now; this is our favorite place so far! “We stayed in the Superior Villa/Villa Agalla and the view was beautiful. The property felt secluded and we enjoyed our stay. This villa does need some maintenance, but overall a wonderful week. For example, the shower floor tiles are loose and will stick to to the bottom of your feet. We couldn't use the grill because it is charcoal but the bottom is burned out of it. There is no air conditioned common space, it is all open air. However, the bedrooms are air conditioned for a good nights……

Located in a beautiful rainforest setting, our room was clean, modern and comfortable and overlooked a lovely swimming pool which we used daily during our stay. The hotel itself is within easy reach of Ojochal, Uvita, Sierpe and nearby beaches. Would highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Staying at the Golden Pineapple villas was the highlight of our trip. Perfect location with walking distance to the waterfall. The drive there is a little steep at times, so just make sure to have a four wheel drive car to get there. The staff were all very friendly, had such great recommendations for getting around and navigating tourist areas of Costa Rica. They were helpful in me trying to practice Spanish and taught us some Spanish phrases used in Costa Rica and taught us about the Costa……

“The staff and facility were both fantastic. They exceeded all of are needs and desires. From our greeting when we arrived to our farewell actually out front. Both Francisco and Michelle came out to bid us a farewell. Francisco even assisted us in the parking which was somewhat tight spaces. Also we really enjoyed the food.both dinner and breakfast were delicious and attractively prepared. It was just a wonderful experience for our group of four”

“This property was incredibly beautiful. This hotel is more for couples and my husband and I enjoyed it. The food was amazing.
