“We stayed in the Superior Villa/Villa Agalla and the view was beautiful. The property felt secluded and we enjoyed our stay. This villa does need some maintenance, but overall a wonderful week. For example, the shower floor tiles are loose and will stick to to the bottom of your feet. We couldn't use the grill because it is charcoal but the bottom is burned out of it. There is no air conditioned common space, it is all open air. However, the bedrooms are air conditioned for a good nights……

“Juan and Ana made us feel so welcome to their tropical oasis in the jungle. Now if you are looking for a place with A/C and giant TVs this is not for you. “After a very long day in shuttles from Puerto Viejo, Gilberto was a very gracious, friendly and welcoming host. He quickly got us into our room and albeit "Happy Hour" was over, he set us up with a couple beverages and let us get settled. “Ok so I literally never leave hotel reviews but that changed after staying at Kura! First, I must inform you that it’s a trek to get there driving wise (have them come pick you up) but once you get there OMG! The ambiance is insane and they undoubtedly have the best view in Uvita! Hands down! It doesn’t even matter which room you get. If you are lucky enough to get the room with the shower with the view of the ocean I promise you, you won’t want to leave! We didn’t either! The food was amazing!……
