“If you want peace and serenity, this is the spot! Amazing views, super quiet, nothing but sounds of nature! Our host Eric is a very friendly person and went out of his way for us and took us to a local waterfall that’s only know to the locals and we had an excellent day. “Fantastic property with great views of the mountains and oceans. Lots of wildlife with monkeys, pizotes, macaw’s, hawks & other beautiful birds. The location was excellent. Easy access to main road with a lot of great restaurants and golf in 10 minute range. Fresh fish, fruits and vegetables also available from roadside vendors. The Infiniti pool was very rejuvinating. Our property manager Olmer was incredible. Lots of local knowledge and available for questions. ”

“This property was even better than expected! Our family of seven, ranging in age from 11 - 78 years old, used this as our home base to explore the area, from Manuel Antonio down to Uvita. We fished, walked the whale tail, hiked Nauyaca Falls, and explored beaches, and the Lattice House location was perfect! “What an incredible villa! Pictures do not do it justice, the home is gorgeous and the view from the pool area is absolutely breathtaking! We had more than enough space for our family of four, toucans in the trees by the pool deck and scarlet macaws flying overhead! Had minor hot water/AC issues which were immediately addressed and fixed. Road up is no joke, doable but steep and rocky so grab a 4x4 like others are saying. Perfect location 7 min to town, would highly recommend! ”

“Super nice place in a gated community. The pictures didn't do it justice. We had a group of four so it was perfect. Lower level had a laundry room and 2 equal sized bedrooms with bathrooms inside. Each room also had a private patio with amazing views. Upstairs had a 3rd bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room. The outdoor covered patio wrapped around the side of the house and has even better views. We sat out there for hours at a time. ”

“Beautiful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The grounds are kept so nicely with endless wildlife to watch. We loved hanging out in the pool and bird watching. The iguana that seems to reside on the grounds was a joy to see each day! The location was very convenient between Uvita and Dominical.There is some construction of a new home going on nearby so we could hear the workers during the day. “Our stay at Madreselva was magical. Carolina took care of us like we were family. The house had plenty of room for our group of 9. We were concerned about there not being air conditioning since we are from TX but it wasn’t needed at all. The driveway was long and twisty but 100% worth it for the views. ”

“This is a wonderful property in a great location! My family and I enjoyed our week in the Dominical area and this house was the perfect home base. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was a perfect place to relax in the afternoon after a day of exploring and was big enough for my kids (12 and 14) to enjoy.
