“After a very long day in shuttles from Puerto Viejo, Gilberto was a very gracious, friendly and welcoming host. He quickly got us into our room and albeit "Happy Hour" was over, he set us up with a couple beverages and let us get settled. “Loud construction work on the bungalow next to ours for two days of our three day stay. Drilling, metal grinding, hammering, etc. Oven door in our kitchen was broken, so we couldn't use that either. Asked for a different bungalow but didn't get one. Pool was semi-clean. Hotel.com customer service was also unwilling to help. Will use a different platform for the next booking. ”

“I recently stayed at the Hotel Uvita Forest for two nights and had a comfortable stay. The accommodation is very modern, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, great air conditioning and a comfy bed. “Wir waren 4 Nächte vor Ort um tauchen zu gehen, viele Tauchbasen sind in Laufnähe. Das Hotel ist neu und alle Zimmer haben eine kleine Küche mit ordentlicher Ausstattung. Es gibt keinen Herd oder Kochplatte, sondern einen elektrischen Kochtopf und eine elektrische Pfanne sowie eine Mikrowelle - für ein Frühstück hat es gereicht, richtig gekocht haben wir nicht. “Great apartment. Looked very new, in secure compound. Nice looking pool , though we didn't get use it. We got there too early and the room wasn't ready, but they let us leave the car in their secure car park while we went to the beach waiting for the official check in.”
