“We stayed here for 4 nights during Envision festival. Hotel is under new management now and I felt like cleaning service was lacking. Our mattress kept sinking in. Our room was not cleaned every day. We ran out of shower gel and toilet paper. Rooms did not have any luggage rack or hangers or closet. Restaurant and the breakfast was excellent and is still managed by the old owner (Philippe). The staff was very friendly. Hopefully the hotels new management takes this feedback and makes……

“Jessica the owner was so helpful and amazing customer service. The place is wonderful and infinity pool was great. She also advised us places to visit which were really helpful. Jessica was always there when you need her. Plenty of food for breakfast which is served near the pool and astonishing view over the mountains, valleys , forest and even the sea!!!!!! Highly recommend this place..... ”

“Loud construction work on the bungalow next to ours for two days of our three day stay. Drilling, metal grinding, hammering, etc. Oven door in our kitchen was broken, so we couldn't use that either. Asked for a different bungalow but didn't get one. Pool was semi-clean. Hotel.com customer service was also unwilling to help. Will use a different platform for the next booking. ”
