“The house was nice and had everything you might need and is well maintained. Good location.We loved sitting on the back deck and watching the birds. Owner was very responsive and helpful.”

“What an incredible villa! Pictures do not do it justice, the home is gorgeous and the view from the pool area is absolutely breathtaking! We had more than enough space for our family of four, toucans in the trees by the pool deck and scarlet macaws flying overhead! Had minor hot water/AC issues which were immediately addressed and fixed. Road up is no joke, doable but steep and rocky so grab a 4x4 like others are saying. Perfect location 7 min to town, would highly recommend! ”

“The QUEEN beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (except no hot water in the sink had me boiling water for dishwashing). I especially loved the two burner convection cooktop. The pool was relaxing after busy days. Between the fenced yard and the police station just up the street made us feel safe. It’s close to waterfall, brewery, restaurants, and stores. Questions and recommendations from Manuel were extremely helpful and timely. Thanks for a wonderful VRBO……

“Did not disappoint! Uvita is a beautiful area, with so many things to do! This is a beautiful property with lush surroundings, incredible views, and amazing location!! 15 min from Uvita, great restaurants, grocery shopping, bakeries, cafes…, everything you would need. “Had a nice spot to stay that way only 5 mins from the festival. It was good accomodations for one or two guests to stay. The only thing is the room was in the back area so when I arrived at night there was no lighting to find it when I first arrived and also the shower didn't have hot water which I got use to since it was really hot outside during the day. Other than that it was the perfect location and host for my experience out in Costa Rica and I appreciate the accommodations I received.……
