“We liked the area. We walked around and felt safe. Also the security system of the hotel. Concerning the room, we were disappointed to find that there was only 3 beds for 6 adults and 2 children. ”

“Although I had stayed at this location before and had an idea of what to expect it was not the conventional hotel having self check in. However parking was always a problem as my "assigned spot" was always taken. Also the bathroom faucets for the tub and shower were not really attached to the wall or very loose. However, they did comp me 2 days due to the inconvenience for my next visit.”

“Great location, spacious, and clean accommodations! It was a little difficult to find and get into the room. The access key to the building didn’t work which made it tricky to get in and out. When we checked in, the person at the front desk tried to charge us $200 more dollars for a building fee. We didn’t pay though. The owner of the place was great to work with. The management of the building was not super helpful. ”

“Beautiful location in central South Beach. Gorgeous patio with a beautiful view of the ocean and great people watching. The only issues I had with the property was there was a couch wrapped in plastic in our dining area the entire stay, and no couch for sitting. Apparently the incorrect couch was delivered so we had no couch to sit on, only the dining room chairs, and the bed. Communication with the host was OK. We were told the couch would be removed during the stay and a new one delivered,……

Too noisy, will never come back again

"Very disappointed and I won't come back again. The problem is the guest room window & its door does not has a good sound isolation. When someone walking, talking on the corridor, the lift notification "ting ting", someone singing in the hall area, I can easily hear these noisy sound when I'm sitting or sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Besides, sometimes some of the electric wall plate mal-function which makes some of the lights cannot work even cannot use for charging my mobile phone. However, it is great that the Hotel has an airport shuttle and has a free breakfast for the guests."
