“They gave me a late checkout (2 hours extension) for no additional charge. Staff tried to talk in English with me, and was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing also, and very cheap! The room is very spacious. Some things seem a bit old, and the red light in the bathroom did not work. But it was a nice stay, would probably do it again in the future!”
“I really liked the machiya (townhouse). It was fun with our party all together in one house. Loved the Japanese bath overlooking the garden. Once I realized that email would be the easiest way to communicate, communication was easy.”
“Staff are helpful and polite. The room is spacious and there are complimentary drinks and personal care items. Opposite the hotel are a 24-hr supermarket and a Seria store, the Okazaki Jingu is next to the hotel and the Heian Jingu is within 10-min walk. ”
“Incredible property. Perfect for larger groups (mine had 6). You get the whole building to yourself and it’s separated by bathroom (which has a private Onsen), bed rooms, and living room.
There were some minor issues but the host was very communicative and quick to fix such as a toilet not flushing or soap dispensers being empty. Overall fantastic stay”
